Policy Briefings explore research and analysis at “LOW CARBON PROGRAMME”. in order to disseminate the findings. The objective is to produce concise summaries, targeted to policy makers of how we think government policy can best adapt to or mitigate against climate change. The final aim of these short papers is to enable the connection between the scientific dimension and the public sphere, provoking policy questions and dialogue and enabling a political engagement strategy by developing core messages.
